How'd you know? One of my favorite dungeons ever along with a fantastically haunting and yet playful theme.
Arbiter's Grounds ranks among my top dungeons too. Did you bring it up because of the poe hunting theme? Another good song, too. I really love all of them though. They're all perfect and fitting in their own way. This one really captures the whole essence of a haunted desert prison. Also love the minimal electronic/ambient style of the Snowhead Temple from Majora's Mask. And the Stone Tower song of course is classic. I could go on about all of them. Best series ever with the best soundtracks ever. I was watching the video previewing gameplay of the new Zelda, and apparently the map will be huge, and will feature a lot of very high and scenic areas, which I am very stoked about for some reason. Now I gotta get a wii u next year. |

The forest temple music is interesting to me because it's played at a much faster tempo compared to all the other dungeons, but it's still got that minimalist approach to it and the staccato, fade-in-fade-out-like instrumentation is tense and that makes it haunting in its own way. And yeah, the snowhead Temple and stone tower temple are among my favorites too. |

I think OoT takes the cake though. Everything there is gold. The original Fire Temple theme was banned for that chanting, right? That one rules too.
I also really like that weird, urgent sounding music that comes on in Twilight Princess, when you're in the Twilight realm and those birds swoop down for an attack. |

It's been several years since I played TWP, so I'm not sure I know what you are referring to. I do remember the electronic music that plays whenever enemies are close in the twilight realm. |

Fez has one of my favourite sound tracks of all time.
Each track reflects the area you're in and you get a true feeling of adventure from it. Most calmer areas consist of beatless tracks with detuned synths which you might find in some of The Boards of Canada's work. It's really chill and the game is best played at night or early in the morning. |
