I don't know what brought me into the soundtrack forum, seems pretty dead and I don't really care about soundtracks, but I have to agree that Trainspotting is an awesome movie and one of the best soundtracks ever.

You are missing out on some wonderful music if you don't like soundtracks. It's an area of music that is dismissed so much it puzzles the hell out of me.
