I remember that Oasis track from 'Standing On the Shoulders of Giants'!
I'm really digging Lee's - I started writing about the first one but then Baroque to Bashment came along... you've got some real gems in there from my favourite movies. As if the Suspiria theme wasn't (scarier than the movie itself), all the John Carpenter greats from his classic era, Taxi Driver, Bloodsport (did not see that coming) and even the hilarious marimba tune from Commando! Get Carter beats all though, always. Hats off sir, hats off. Also found a ten track John Martyn .rar tucked away somewhere, I see what you mean about him, I was only familiar with early tracks from an Island box set - he got really jazzy. Oh and the Linton Kwesi Johnson 10 track is obscene aswell. He's a genius. |
