I'd probably go for Snatch, so many great songs and they work so well whenever they're used.
Golden Brown, Ghost Town, Dreadlock Holiday, ****in in the Bushes (Oasis) Angel (Massive Attack) are my favorites... |

It's not really that great from the perspective of now, but I totally agree that at the time it was pretty unique and envelope-pushing. And even back then, people were far more interested in that soundtrack than the movie.

I have always enjoyed Wes Anderson's soundtracks. Fantastic Mr. Fox had a great one, and Seu Jorge's Bowie covers in Life Aquatic were very excellent. Saw Moonrise Kingdom recently and it also had a good one. The part when Luke Wilson attempts suicide in Royal Tenenbaums and it is playing "Needle in the Hay" by Elliot Smith was one of the best orchestrated scenes to go along with visual / audio. Anyway, I think Life Aquatic is my favorite off the top of my head. Anderson has very good taste in my opinion.

Obviously The Tron Soundtrack wins, but another favourite of mine is the Moulin Rouge soundtrack. Brilliant singing and very passionate love songs. I really like the interpretation of songs by Elton John, David Bowie and The Police.
