The soundtrack to "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" by Nick Cave is unbelievable.

For me it's either the Repo Man soundtrack or the Cool World soundtrack. Repo Man is an amazing movie with a fantastic early 80s SoCal punk soundtrack and Cool World is an unbelievably bad movie whose only redeeming feature is its wonderful early 90s electronica soundtrack.

Requiem for a Dream is my favorite movie hands down. The concept, the camera work, filters.. everything comes together perfectly (even Jared Leto's acting) and to top it off they give us this amazing score throughout the whole movie. It's flawless.

Nothing short of stunning. I recently got the soundtrack. Have you heard 'The Fountain' soundtrack by the same composer for the same director? It's stunning.

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou is a really good soundtrack consisting of mostly David Bowie acoustic covers and some other indie goodness like Sigur Ros

also the new movie Choke has a really good soundtrack with music by Radiohead, Death Cab For Cutie, Clap Your Hands And Say Yeah, Etc.

Check it out!

I just listened to it, really moving stuff. Clint Mansell is a genius.

..and I have been for a drink with him too . Have you ever heard the band he was in originally: Pop Will Eat Itself? They classed themselves as Grebo rock and were something of a cult band in the late 80's early 90's.

It was a really funny movie, but nowhere near as good as the book
The director tried to make it into his own story but Sam Rockwell saves the movie by portraying Victor like he does. But yeah definately see this when you have time it is great!
