Late 60's and early 70's funk
Looking for some suggestions whether it be full albums or just 45's, instrumental of with singing. Just old school straight up funk. I'm really not into the mid-late 70's funk because it's too disco sounding and overproduced for my taste. Anything like JB, Parliament, Sly, Ohio Players etc. Here's some probably lesser known stuff I really like.

The Soul & Funk Music Recommendation Thread Most of the ones I've mentioned are from that time period, since it's also my favorite era for funk. |
