Filler, by definition, is boring and trite. What do you want me to do, talk about the least ****ty songs of the ****ty songs I know?

I don't know if the OP understands the concept of filler. I think he/she's coming from the concepts of singles and confusing filler with the term deep cuts. Deep cuts can mean fantastic songs that weren't singles, filler usually means just mediocre songs used to fill up space for an album.

And people who don't know what b-sides are, apparently.

That's what Frown's been saying. Deep cuts and b-sides =/= filler.

I think the first half is fun, but then I fall asleep when we get past the first 5 tracks or so.

But I'm kinder to their discography than most people. I'm aware of that. After all, I'm the guy who likes everything about Super Collider apart from the title track.

Nah the whole album is filler. Even the best songs are just kinda good filler. Basically Megadeth's entire new millenium career.

That's another really irritating weasel-word I think gets applied to bad/boring songs people don't want to admit are bad/boring. Not saying you're doing so here though, I don't even remember what UA sounds like.

Pretty much how I feel as well, if the rest of the album matched the greatness of the first half it would be one of their best post-90's albums. Never Walk Alone is one of my favorite 2000's Megadeth songs.
