If I'm listening to filler my first instinct is not to talk about how it's good filler. I just tune out until a better song comes on.

Fairly related to the subject and discussions of this thread, here's a few artists whose discographies consist entirely or almost entirely of albums with no skip worthy songs:
Neko Case Suzanne Vega Tori Amos Dir En Grey Judie Tzuke <3 Barbara Morgenstern Megadeth Alela Diane Arkona bla bla bla so on and so forth Actually, **** it. It would be easier to just list those artists I like a lot who have a tendency to miss the mark now and then. All of these have some awful songs to their name: Waltari Depeche Mode Helloween Bowie Queen (big time... I suspect they've got more crap than gold) |
