Default Looking to learn

Hi all, i'm a new forum member and I recently became more interested in Soul/Funk and Motown. I have a list of songs that I've found and was hoping the community could suggest some others with a similar vibe. I apologize in advance because I know some of these fall outside of soul/funk and more into blues or motown but i'm hoping you can steer me in the right direction. This is the kind of sound i'm talking about, James Brown- It's a man's world, Baby Huey- Hard Times, Syl Johnson- Is It Because I'm Black, Charles Bradley- How Long, Lee Field's and the expressions- Wish You Were Here, Sam Cooke- Change is Gonna Come, Bill Withers- Ain't No Sunshine, Willie Davis- I Learned My Lesson, Screamnin Jay Hawkins- I Put a Spell On You, John Lee Hooker- I Cover The Waterfront. I know those span some genre's but am hoping it gives everyone an idea of what i'm looking for. Thanks in advance for any song lists and suggestions.
