Greatest disco and/or funk band of all time?
There is no clear cut answer to this one, i mainly just like to see what everyone thinks.
Chic is my all time favorite and imo the best disco band ever, and they did have a funky edgy side. I wouldnt call them just disco |

He was called "The Godfather of Soul" and he was also into gospel and R&B, but for my musical enjoyment, when the time came to get funky, nobody could out-funk James Brown...
