Only if listening to the flat, soulless strains of 'Your Love is King' make Winnie the Pooh projectile vomit.

I knew, I love her.
she's incredibly tempting and tender.

Every time I listen to her, I have peace inside me)
this is fantastic, all her songs are sooooo touching.
I don't remember the name, but the song that starts with "I saw a picture....." and then go on with the words "....I really trusted you...."
especially impressed me)
she's unique!

Im glad she's back but Im not feeling the new song though. Not a song I would have put out as a single. Can't wait to hear what else she has on the album. My favorite songs by her will always be "Kiss of Life" and "'Your Love is King".

Someone once said to me of Miles Davis that his playing never really changed, things just evolved around him. To whatever degree thats accurate, I feel as if the magic of Sade is the music around her. The title track from this album is phenominal.

Yes it is but the rest of the album is cliched crap and I am a Sade fan who has got a lot of stick for liking her music. The album is dull as ditchwater unfortunately.

I've only got Diamond Life myself (haven't bothered looking for the new one just yet), and personally I think it's a mixed bag - where there are some truly great songs there are a few mediocre and uninspiring ones to even things out.

Anyway, is there one of her albums that's end-to-end good stuff that I should have a look around for?

Love Deluxe is a brilliant album that is far from the 'dinner table' sound that she was so infamous for in the 80's.

I agree. I only heard two or three songs that I like off the new album yesterday and even they aren't all that special. Just more lively and a little different from the rest of the album. After 10 years of waiting for new Sade material, I was expecting a treat. Im very disappointed in what sounds like leftover b-side album filler. I think I'll just wait for the concert and support her that way. I won't be purchasing this.

I'm on it It's kinda frustrating though, as in how good a few songs off of Diamond Life are and being weighed down so much by the rest of the filler.

Anyway, I'll have a look for Love Deluxe and come back here with a thought or two on it once it's had enough airtime...
