Default James brown rare concert

I have quite a bit of rare JB concert footage. There was concert footage of JB at the Apollo Theatre that was destroyed in his warehouse along with priceless memorabilia before he died. Does anyone know what year or anything else about the footage? Any info on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

To which year are you referring? Brown played the Apollo many times. The most legendary concert is probably the one from '63. There only exists an audio track of that date - so far.

Thanks very much for replying. The only info that I got was of a concert filmed at the Apollo Theater that was destroyed in the fire.

It,s hard to believe that the JB concerts at Newport Jazz Festival 1969, The Westbury Music Festival 1972 were not filmed.

Man, I would give my right arm for a Live In Augusta Ga film of THAT concert!

We can only hope that more rare JB video concerts surfaces!
