Really pleased that you mentioned The Average White Band- Their "Greatest Hits" Compilation is also excellent, I don't think there's a bad track on there, and it has all the old favourites on it. Personally, I love "Work To Do" and "Atlantic Avenue". Magnetic Voodoo came up with "Sir Nose D Voidoffunk- This is just awesome!! I went looking for it on You Tube and I couldn't find it; Do you happen to know if it's actually on there? Another Brilliant find would be -Aurra- Anthology. It's a double CD with 12" single tracks and loads of their Best stuff on it, with really heavy bass running through it. Aurra were an off-shoot of Slave, who featured the talents of Steve Arrington. It's not as heavy as some of the tracks that Slave brought out, but Steve Arrington's influence and contribution are more than evident. By the way- I'm not a Gentleman, I'm a Girl! lol!
