Be fooled not my friend... all these misfortunes are the greatest marketing campaign of all time. She has only become as famous as she is now mostly through the media's inflated storytelling of these continuously absurd antics. Who was talking about Amy Winehouse before she went wild.......................

I have absolutely no respect for her.

I honestly don't think it's an act (and if it is, she's a damn fine actress). She obviously has a substance abuse problem, and it's obviously getting worse. The media isn't creating the story, it's just covering it.

I used to think Britney Spears was using a clever marketing ploy by pretending to have problems...until I realised she was a complete basket case.
Winehouse isn't acting this out, she's a genuine mess.

It's easy to spew off phrases like that. She has her demons so I doubt her self esteem is the top priority on her list, if she can't untangle herself I doubt you're in the position to throw the proverbial grasshopper into her cobweb.

Respect her for being talented and making good music.
