mary love, lay this burden down, a real gem, going to a northern soul night next saturday, i can't wait, not been to one for a while, after a few "nelson mandella's" stella's, the moves will come back!

tommy hunt, never love a robin, love the intro, seen tommy hunt in glasgow's barrowlands, a massive venue, and it was well attended, there's quite a few city center pubs & clubs in glasgow catching on to this underground movement, asking the hard core northern djs to organise night's

found a great soul/r&b radio show with some fantastic podcast downloads, check this out right track .sir matthew fox | northern, crossover & modern soul

Hit & Run was brought to England by Ian Levine (nice to see he can do some things right) and got it's first play at The Twisted Wheel soul club, Manchester in the late 60's.
Great tune and one of my favourites.

Why am I thinking it looks something like the Sesame Street end of series soul function for brothers...might have looked like...if they ever had one?

margie hendrix, jim dandy, one of the songs of the matt fox podcasts, one of the many stand outs,

dee dee clarke, thats my girl, biggie at the scooter meets, great tune, the flute/piccilo just makes a tune i can play again & again....

jackie wilson, haunted house, brilliant northern soul beat ballad, a haunting tune, this is of my favourite nothern soul album, jackie wilson, uptown & up north, pretty much all his northen soul out put.
