Influence is great, hijacking is not.

I understand what you're saying but I feel that's a really broad brush stroke of the album.

If you're looking for a track to test out I'd listen to "Never Going to Give you Up". If you don't like it after 2:00 minutes you won't like the rest. But give the first 2 minutes a solid listen.

I'm not a huge fan of the album overall but I enjoy Saadiq's ability to create something that sounds like it's from another era. An era that was popular two decades before he was even born.

Meh, not too impressed with the new album. Liked The Way I See It a lot better.
