i believe Luther Vandross is more talented than Stevie
|
Stevie Wonder is a legend, top man I've got a lot of respect for him.
But one thing I always wondered, you know he always sings about how beautiful the women are and how nice the night sky was etc, how the hell does he know, he can't see? |
eye of the mind makes a movie?

I think everyone should own a Stevie Wonder album or at least give it a try. I remember being little, and loving to listen to Superstitious. Along with several other songs as well from Stevie. Just a magical overall talent for what he does, and a very radiant voice.

I've never liked an album from start to end from him so I would probably make a greatest songs compilation of my own. Certainly enough great songs for that. The best in this poll is Songs in the Key of Life for me, but I don't like all the songs.

Stevie wonder rules the school of funk
|
Musiquarium I -1982
This is my favorite era of Stevie Wonders music. He has one of the best rhythm styles of soul/R&B and funk in the business. He has always been one of my favorite vocalist since as far back as I can remember. A very versatile and powerful vocalist. Wonder is someone I would consider has a perfect voice.

I remember watching him and thinking how happy he always appears. He really looks like he is enjoying himself. I don't really gravitate at all toward the style of songs he sings (although I agree he's a great singer), but this catchy song is tied to memories so I like it: |

Heres some of his classics. Superstition has really stood the test of time, it sounds just as modern today as it did at its release in 1973. It has always sounded and staying with and ahead of its time, musically speaking. |
