The next day, they got up and ate and got ready for the day.



They decided they wanted to do a Cake Cream Show soon. They put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and went to the James L Knight Center and booked a Cake Cream Show for tomorrow. They went to the movies and the Usher made snide and snarky comments about Mike. Mike felt harassed. Billy, James, Axl, Jimmy, and Andy were uncomfortable.



Axl said,"You are so rude and unprofessional." The Usher just smirked sardonically.



They watched the movie and were glad the movie was dark. They left during the movie credits before the house lights came on and they went to Red Lobster.



At Red Lobster, James and Melissa flirted with each other and she told them all she supported Mike. They all felt relieved that Melissa supported Mike. They had a nice time at Red Lobster.



After Red Lobster, they went to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite and chilled and then went to sleep.



The next day, they got up and ate and got ready for the day. It was time to go to the James L Knight Center. They put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and went to the James L Knight Center.



At the James L Knight Center, only 100 Fans showed up. They were SHOCKED. This was a REALLY far cry from 4,000 Fans.



They did a good show, and the 100 Fans cheered wildly, but there was definitely a.huge difference between 100 Fans cheering wildly and 4,000 Fans cheering wildly.



The final sendoff happened to more wild cheering and then the show was over.



After the Show, James, Billy, Jimmy, Mike Axl, and Andy all lamented about how empty and weird today's show was with only 100 Fans. They mentioned it felt creepy.



Axl said,"Let's book another Cake Cream Show for tomorrow. Maybe we'll get 4,000 people to come see us tomorrow." Andy, Billy, James, Jimmy, and Mike all backed up Axl. They booked another Show for tomorrow.



They went to Denny's and had a nice meal. After Denny's, they went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite and chilled and all went to sleep.



The next day, they got up and ate and got ready for the day. They put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and went to the James L Knight Center and 4,000 people showed up just like Axl predicted. They were all happy.



They started the show and there were BOOS and JEERS and people were calling Mike a Rapist and chanting that Axl needed to fire Mike from Cake Cream.



Cake Cream and Axl were all SHOCKED. This 4,000 people weren't FANS, they were HATERS! The Haters cussed out Mike and Axl has a VERY deep loyalty to his Friends and Family, so he said,"I am not firing Mike from Cake Cream. Please stop.



So, you're going to keep a RAPIST in Cake Cream? What a bad Manager you are!" The Audience jeered at Axl. Billy, Mike, Andy, Axl, Jimmy, and James all felt uncomfortable.



Axl said,"Mike's not a Rapist. Please stop."



James, Jimmy, Mike, Billy, and Andy all said that Mike wasn't a Rapist. They also said that Axl wasn't a bad Manager. Axl was grateful at them for sticking up for him.



The Audience continued to chant,"Fire Mike! Fire Mike!" "Fire Mike!" "Fire Mike!"



Axl fed up said,"You know what, why don't I just fire YOU guys?" Get the **** out of the James L Knight Center!" Show's over!" The Audience was SHOCKED that Axl was kicking them all out!" They all scrammed like roaches when the lights are turned on them.



Axl, James, Jimmy, Mike, Andy, and Billy were all shocked at how disastrous the James L Knight Center Show was today and they were wishing for yesterday's performance of just 100 FANS over 4,000 HATERS that showed up today.



They went to Burger King and tried to salvage the horrific day they were having. They had a nice Burger King meal.



After Burger King they went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite and.... Today's disastrous James L Knight Center was already going viral. YIKES.



On Social Media, People were questioning why Axl was so loyal to a RAPIST. Mike burst into tears, unable to keep a strong facade anymore. James, Jimmy, Axl, Billy, and Andy all comforted Mike and all told him he wasn't a Rapist.



Mike felt a little better, knowing he had five Brothers who all cared about him and loved him. They all ate ice cream and supported Mike.



They went to sleep.

The next day, they got up and got ready for the day. On Social Media, Mike was still being called a Rapist.



Mike felt harassed. Axl decided that maybe everybody should go to the bar today and have wings, fries, and soda. You know, go unwind.



Everybody agreed. They put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and went to the bar.



At the bar, they were eating wings, fries, and drinking soda and Patrons were calling Mike a Rapist. Mike was visibly upset. Axl, James, Jimmy, Billy, and Andy were all upset too.



Axl reached his boiling point, his final straw, and decided he was going to sing Iron Man by Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne to support Mike and Mike, Andy, Billy, James, and Jimmy all supported Axl's decision. Axl smiled. He went to Karaoke and played the instrumental of Iron Man and sang Iron Man changing just the first couple of words.

The majority of the Audience had was in awe and had been filming everything and this was going to go viral and Cake Cream cheered wildly for Axl. Axl smiled and got off the Karaoke stage and went back to Cake Cream.



Mike was especially happy at Axl singing Iron Man for him. He thanked Axl for singing Iron Man for him. Axl welcomed him.



They all went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite and sure enough, the Iron Man performance went viral and People were talking about how badass Axl's performance of the song was. People noted that Iron Man could have been about both Axl(He traveled time to for the future of Mankind) and Mike.(The people turning on him)



They were all in a happy mood and chilled and then went to sleep.

The next day, Axl and Mike got up and ate and got ready for the day. Billy, Andy, James, and Jimmy were still asleep.

On Social Media, Rebecca Martin said she was suing Mike for sexual assault. For 20 Million.

"Oh no, " Mike and Axl said in unison.

Axl said,"Mike, I'm your Lawyer and Rebecca has no legal legs to stand on. The Statute Of Limitations for Florida ran out last year. Rebecca CAN'T sue you for sexual assault. " Mike had a troubled look on his face. Axl immediately picked up on Mike's troubled expression. .

Axl said,"Mike, you should look HAPPY that the Statute Of Limitations ran out for you in Florida, not troubled. "

Mike said," I'm going to Miami SeaWorld."

Axl said,"SeaWorld is in Orlando, not Miami. Did you mean Miami Seaquarium?"

Mike said,"Yep, Miami Seaquarium is what I meant."

Axl said,"I'm going to Miami Seaquarium with you."

Mike said,"I'm going to Parrot Jungle."

Axl said,"I'm going to Parrot Jungle with you "

Mike said,"I'm going to the Port Of Miami."

Axl said,"I'm going to the Port Of Miami with you "

Mike said,"I'm going to the Supermarket."

Axl said,"I'm going to the Supermarket with you "

Mike said,"I'm going to Disney World."

Axl said,"I'm going to Disney World with you."

Mike shook his head. "I just want to go out alone, Axl."

Axl said,"Is there anything you want to confess to me, Mike? Remember, I'm your Lawyer and will defend you."

Mike took a deep breath and said,"I kissed Rebecca Martin without asking her permission in Delaware, not Florida."

Axl looked up Delaware's Statute Of Limitations for sexual offenses and was HORRIFIED to learn that Delaware has NO Statute Of Limitations for sexual offenses. Meaning that Rebecca Martin could sue Mike for sexual assault.

Axl said,"Oh my God! I assumed this happened in FLORIDA! Mike, why didn't you tell me right off the bat that you kissed Rebecca without her permission in DELAWARE and not FLORIDA? "

Mike shook his head and didn't know how to answer Axl.

Axl said,"We agreed to be more open with each other." Cake Cream and Axl knew once,"We agreed to be more open with each other," was said, that was a prompt for them to open up about whatever they were hiding from each other."

Mike took a deep breath and said,"Because I didn't know Rebecca would sue me. I was hoping this would blow over REALLY quickly.

Axl said,"But it didn't blow over REALLY quickly. It's gotten even WORSE."

Mike said,"I know." Mike said,"Maybe I can just settle out of Court and give Rebecca the 20 Million to get her to leave me alone."

Axl shook his head. "Paying her 20 Million to get her to leave you alone won't help. It'll just make it WORSE for you because then multiple Women, LOTS of Women, Women you've never even SEEN before will be "Coming forward," with claims that you sexually assaulted them too, hoping to get 20 Million from you too. Settling out of Court is the WORST thing you can do. You need to take this thing to Trial, not settle out of Court for 20 Million for Rebecca."

Mike said,"But, I don't want to end up in Prison."

Axl said,"No one is going to throw you in Prison for a kiss you, at then five gave to another then five year old girl. If you had RAPED Rebecca at say age 16, that would have been a COMPLETELY different story. Axl's face got dark and Axl asked,"Mike, the girl you lost your virginity to at 16 was CONSENSUAL, right?"

Mike said,"Of course the sex I had with my Girlfriend at 16 was CONSENSUAL. I have NEVER raped anyone."

Axl breathed a sigh of relief. Axl said,"Okay, good, you didn't rape anyone."

Mike nodded.

Axl said," Once again, you want to fight this in Court with a Trial. We're going to have to travel to Delaware where the incident happened."

Mike said,"I REALLY don't want to travel to Delaware."

Axl said,"Since it happened in Delaware, that's where we have to travel to.

Mike gave a reluctant sigh and relented. Axl was right. On Social Media, Rebecca said she was filling the sexual assault Lawsuit against Mike for Delaware for three days from now.

Crap! Axl and Mike said simultaneously.

Billy, Andy, James, and Jimmy woke up and the fiasco was explained.

Billy, Andy, James, and Jimmy all said that they would be flying to Delaware in support of Mike.

Mike and Axl smiled at the support of Billy, James, Andy, and Jimmy.. They all chilled.

The next day, Mike got his copy of the Summons/Lawsuit and answered it.

They chilled for the next couple of days and then put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and went to Miami International Airport and flew to Wilmington International Airport for the Rebecca Martin vs Mike Smith lawsuit tomorrow. They booked a couple of nights at the Hilton and chilled and chatted and then went to sleep.

The next day, they got up and ate and got ready for the day. They put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and went to the Courthouse.


At the Courthouse, they got processed and it was time for the Trial to start. This was different than the usual Court cases that Cake Cream and Axl went to. This was a TRIAL and not just a Court Case. There was a Jury of 12 people.

Mike felt nervous that these 12 people were going to put him in Prison for a KISS he gave a five year old girl when he was a five year old boy.

Axl told him to not worry, once again, it was just a kiss. Billy, James, Jimmy, and Andy tried to ease Mike's worried mind. Mike tried to relax but found it hard too.

Axl said,"I've NEVER lost a Court Case before, and I don't intend to lose today.

Mike said,"Once again, this isn't a mere Court Case, it's a TRIAL.

Axl said,"I've NEVER lost a Trial." He smugly smiled.

Mike said,"You've never WON a Trial either."

Axl said,"Touche, but I'm not going to allow you to be sued for $20 Million or be put into Prison over this.

Mike said,"I hope you're right."

Axl smiled at him. Mike gave an uncertain smile back..

The Trial started and was being televised. Rebecca Martin was there. Rebecca and Mike glared at each other.

Rebecca was allowed to go on the stand. She said,"Mike ruined my life at five when he forced himself on me." He sexually assaulted me. He needs to pay me $20 Million and then go to Prison." She cried.

Axl said,"Miss Martin, you said my client, Mr. Smith forced himself on you and you were sexually assaulted. You didn't say he forced himself IN you. You said,"ON you. Care to tell the Court exactly what happened that day? "

Rebecca's Lawyer said,"Objection, Mr. Rose is badgering my Client, Miss Martin.

The Judge overruled Rebecca's Lawyer's objection stating that Axl was badgering Rebecca since he was just simply asking her to tell what happened that day.

Rebecca looked nervous. She said," He did something to me without my permission."

Axl asked,"Was it sexual Assault as you claim? Remember Miss Martin, you are not allowed to commit Perjury in Court. " Rebecca looked even MORE nervous and said,"Mike touched me inappropriately."

Axl asked,"Care to tell the Court exactly how Mr. Smith touched you inappropriately?"

Rebecca said,"Axl, you shouldn't even be Mike's Lawyer! Mike's your Friend and you Manage him for Cake Cream!" This is a conflict of interest!"

The Judge said he would allow Axl to remain Mr. Smith's Lawyer despite Axl and Mike being Friends and Axl managing Mike. Axl and Mike both thanked the Judge and were welcomed.

Axl asked,"Why did you wait 21 years to press charges against Mr. Smith? Why not press charges much sooner?"

Rebecca knew she only came forward because she wanted to get WEALTHY from using Mike because Mike was the Wealthiest Singer in the world.

"I'm the VICTIM and you're treating me like I'm a LIAR! You're harassing me!" Rebecca said, crying even harder. She couldn't confess she just wanted to be wealthy from Mike.

Axl asked again, "Exactly what happened between you and Me Smith that day?"

Rebecca said,"Axl, leave me alone!" Rebecca said to the Judge, "Please make Axl stop questioning me and make him stop being Mike's Lawyer! " She was freaking out. Mike smirked in his motorcycle helmet.

The Judge said," Since you are pressing charges and seeking a Lawsuit against Mr. Rose's Client, Mr. Rose has every right to question you."

Rebecca cried. Rebecca asked her Lawyer to question Mike instead. She was hoping that her Lawyer would get Mike to confess to Sexual Assault so that she could get the $20 Million and Mike could end up in Prison and she could get a lot of clout for herself for "Standing up for herself," and putting her ,"Predator," in Prison. The Judge allowed Mike to be questioned by Rebecca's Lawyer. Axl told Mike to not confess to sexual assault. Mike nodded. The Judge allowed Rebecca to step down. Rebecca did.

Mike went on the stand.

Rebecca's Lawyer asked,"Mr. Smith, did you sexually assault my Client, Miss Martin?"

Mike answered,"No, I did not. I didn't sexually assault Miss Martin."

Rebecca's Lawyer asked Mike,"Exactly what happened that day in 2001 between you and Miss Martin when you were both five?"

Mike paused. He didn't want to outright admit he kissed Rebecca without her permission.

Out of nowhere, the same Teacher who had told Mike's Mother to make him apologize for kissing Rebecca without her permission spoke up and said that she had irrefutable proof of exactly what happened between Mike and Rebecca that day. The Judge allowed Mike to step down and allowed the Teacher to go on the stand.

She said, In 2001, I was both Miss Martin and Mr. Smith's Teacher. I have a tape of exactly what happened and I can have the Court watch it."

The Judge allowed the tape to be shown. The tape showed that Mike merely KISSED Rebecca while Rebecca looked shocked and the Teacher admonished Mike and made him stand in the corner for a time out.

The Judge said,"This tape shows exactly what happened between Miss Martin and Mr. Smith. Jury, you may make your deliberations." The Jury deliberated and found Mike Not Guilty of Sexual Assault because all he did was kiss Rebecca without her permission.

The Judge said,"The Jury has found Mr. Smith Not Guilty. The Lawsuit and Case against Mr. Smith is Dismissed." He banged his gavel.

Rebecca looked pissed that she lost her lawsuit and charge against Mike. She paid her Lawyer.

The Judge ordered Rebecca to be put in jail for Perjury in Court for falsely claiming that Mike sexually assaulted her when he just kissed her without permission.

Mike, Billy, Axl, James, Jimmy, and Andy all smugly smirked in their motorcycle helmets. Axl won the Trial and Mike didn't have to pay Rebecca any money and wouldn't be going to Prison for this! Instead, REBECCA would be incarcerated instead! It was a win win situation for Cake Cream and Axl!


Rebecca was led out to be out in Custody and Cake Cream and Axl were allowed to leave about 30 minutes later.

They went to Denny's and had a nice lunch, celebrating Axl's first Trial win and Mike beating his case. They paid and left.

After going to Denny's, they went back to the Hilton Hotel and already, the Rebecca Martin vs Mike Smith case was already going viral.


People were saying stuff like,"Wow, Rebecca Martin is a LIAR, Claiming that Mike sexually assaulted her when all he did was kiss her. She REALLY should have just said," Mike kissed me when we were both five, without my permission. What she ACTUALLY said made it seem more like he straight up RAPED her, not merely kissed her. Rebecca knew what she was doing with that claim. Poor Mike, at 26 getting dragged through the mud for a kiss he gave at five years old, 21 years ago.

Cake Cream and Axl were happy with the support that Mike was getting. Mike said, "Thank you Axl for being such a good Lawyer to all of us." Billy, Andy, James, and Jimmy all backed up Mike.

Axl shyly blushed and welcomed Mike. He thanked Billy, James, Jimmy, and Andy for what they said and they all welcomed him.

Rebecca Martin was now in jail for committing Perjury, Mike didn't have to payout $20 Million, and he wasn't going to Prison. Life was looking up for Cake Cream.

Axl said,"We always persevere through the bad times," Axl reminded Cake Cream happily.

They all happily backed him up.

Billy and Axl went to their bedroom and made out and cuddled, happy that Mike beat his Trial. They told each other they loved each other and soon fell asleep.

Meanwhile, James, Andy, Mike, and Jimmy chatted about how happy they were that Mike beat his Trial.

Mike said,"Thank God Axl talked me out of just straight up paying Rebecca $20 Million to get her to leave me alone. It would have been a HUGE mistake. I'm also glad that Axl didn't fire me from Cake Cream like those haters wanted him to do."

Jimmy said,"Axl's a good Lawyer , a good Manager, and a good Friend." Everyone backed up Jimmy.

Andy said,"I can't believe I tried to sell out Axl for just $1,000/$5,000. And then stole $1.6 Billion from you guys. I'm truly sorry."

Mike, James, and Jimmy all said they knew that Andy was sorry for what he did. They all told them they loved him like a Brother.

Andy smiled happily, happy that he had five Brothers who all loved him and vice versa.

Mike said,"Hopefully with me beating my Trial, I will no longer be called a Rapist.

Jimmy and James were like,"Yeah, being called a Rapist is no fun. They looked at each other awkwardly, remembering Allison accusing them of raping her, and the rift she caused in their Friendship.

Mike said,"And now both Allison and Rebecca are in jail for their lying actions, good riddance to them both!" Everyone was happy that both of these lying Women were behind bars.

Andy said,"I'm glad that Allison and Rebecca are no longer a threat. I just wish Matthew was in jail too. He betrayed me for $20 Million, the exact same amount that Rebecca tried to sue Mike for."

James, Jimmy, and Mike consoled Andy over the soul crushing betrayal that Matthew did to him.

Andy smiled at the support of his Brothers. Andy was truly happy with his five Brothers. Andy, James, Jimmy, and Mike all chatted and chilled more and then went to sleep.

They put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and left the hotel room and checked out.

They went to the Wilmington International Airport and flew back to Miami and went to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite.

They unpacked and all fell asleep, exhausted.

Axl decided to make Cake Cream and himself all sign Contracts stating that they wouldn't turn on each other. He drew up the Contract and called Billy, Andy, Mike, Jimmy, and James to his and Billy's room.

He presented them with the contract and they all thought it was a good idea. They all read, understood, agreed, and signed. Cake Cream left Axl and Billy's room and watched TV in the living room. Axl's cellphone rang and he picked it up.

The District Attorney informed Axl that being Cake Cream's Lawyer without ever going to Law School or having a Law Degree or passing the Bar was a Felony and Axl could spend time behind bars for this.

Axl's face lost color at this news and he Impulsively begun speaking Spanis.h

"No entiendo, Senor!" No Habla Ingles!"

The District Attorney was not amused. "Mr. Rose, please stop playing games. You're in big trouble."

Axl dropped the act and said in English,"Please don't press charges against me. I only wanted to help Cake Cream out."

The District Attorney said,"Mr. Rose, breaking the law is a serious offense. I get that you wanted to help out Cake Cream, but you should have done this the right way. You are due in Court in two days for this." The District Attorney gave him the information.

Axl was shocked. The District Attorney and he had a terse conversation and then said their goodbyes and hung up.

Axl told Cake Cream what the District Attorney told him.

Cake Cream all simultaneously said,"No!" In complete shock and horror.

Jimmy said,"We don't want you in jail over this!"

James said," You are such a good Lawyer to us and helped us out so many times."

Billy said,"We're not going to let you be be behind bars for this."

Andy said,"You are our Lawyer, who cares if you didn't go to Law School, don't have a Law Degree, and didn't pass the Bar?

Mike said,"We signed Contracts stating that you are our Lawyer, that will help you out with this."

Axl was touched by Cake Cream's support for him. He thanked them all and was welcomed.

Axl decided he needed to hire a Lawyer for his upcoming Case. He refused to represent himself. Cake Cream all backed up his decision. Axl smiled and went to a Law Firm and hired a Lawyer for his case. A Lawyer that actually went to Law School, had a Degree, and passed the bar. Axl paid the Lawyer half.

Axl and his Lawyer discussed his upcoming Case and Axl left the Law Firm and went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite and told Cake Cream about his Lawyer.

Cake Cream supported Axl. Billy and Axl went to their room and kissed, Billy knowing that his Boyfriend needed his support. Axl was grateful for Billy's love.

Axl fell asleep soon and Billy went to the living room and James, Jimmy, Mike, Andy, and Billy all chatted about Axl's upcoming Court Case.

They all said they would be going to Axl's Court Case to defend him. They all pointed out what a good Lawyer he was to them. They felt he was their Lawyer no matter what the law said.

They ate some pizza and drank some soda, still chatting about Axl's predicament.

Axl woke up and ate some pizza and drank some soda too. They all chatted about Axl's predicament and Cake Cream told Axl they would be at his Court Case to support him.

Axl blushed and smiled happily at the support and love of his Cake Cream Boyfriend and Cake Cream Brothers. Axl was happy to have them in his life.

Cake Cream and Axl all chilled and chatted and soon fell asleep.

The next day, they got up and ate and got ready for the day. It was soon time for Axl to get ready for his 24 hour jail sentence. Cake Cream and Axl put on motorcycle helmets and bulletproof vests and went to the Jail at 8 AM.



Axl was strip searched, fingerprinted, and given a jail uniform . Axl had to remove his motorcycle helmet to get mugshot taken. His mugshot was taken. Axl's personal belongings were put in a locked locker until his jail sentence was over.



Cake Cream and Axl chatted. Billy and Axl kissed, while Andy, Mike, James, and Jimmy blushed knowingly. Soon it was 9:57 and Cake Cream and Axl said their goodbyes. Cake Cream left and Axl was led into a jail cell at exactly 10 AM.



Axl was glad that it was just a 24 hour jail sentence and tomorrow, he'd be back with Billy, James, Jimmy, Andy, and Mike. His cellmate, Jonathan told Axl he was a huge fan of Cake Cream and Guns N'Roses.



Axl smiled and he and Jonathan chatted amicably. Axl was glad he wasn't in the same cell as David Livingston, Billy's Prosecutor, because that would have been awkward. Axl reminisced about the good times he and Cake Cream had together, and smiled.



Axl then thought about the bad times too, such as Andy trying to commit Suicide and Andy being betrayed by Matt. Axl was glad that he was able to save Andy's life and got Andy away from Matt. Axl's mind wandered and he thought that Andy deserved a real Boyfriend, someone who was truly in love with Andy.



Jonathan asked Axl what he was thinking about. Axl impulsively said,"I'm thinking about how good popcorn is. "



Jonathan giggled and said he liked popcorn too. They chatted amicably about popcorn.



Jonathan asked what he was in for. Axl said,"For posing as Cake Cream's Lawyer." Axl asked Jonathan what he was in for. Jonathan responded," I'm in for smoking weed while driving." Axl and Jonathan chatted amicably for a little while longer. Axl took a nap.



When he woke up, it was time for lunch. Lunch was pizza, fries, soda and water. Lots of inmates told Axl that they were fans of Cake Cream and Guns N'Roses. Axl felt happy. After lunch was over, Jonathan and Axl were allowed to go to the gym and they worked out.



After working out, they were allowed to watch TV in the common room. As they watched TV, Axl reminisced how watching TV with Jonathan was like watching TV with Cake Cream.



Axl missed Cake Cream and was allowed to call Billy, James, Jimmy, Mike, and Andy. On the phone calls, they all told Axl they missed him and vice versa. After the phone call, Jonathan and Axl went back to the cell and chatted more.



Soon, it was time for dinner. Dinner was burger, fries, soda, and water. Soon, it was time for night showering.



Axl felt kind of weird, showering with a bunch of people he didn't know, but he knew he was only in jail for about 14 more hours, so he just had to grin and bear it.



After night showering, Axl and Jonathan went back to their cells. The guards did a night head count, and it was soon time for lights out. All cells were locked and the lights were turned off. Axl and Jonathan went to sleep after chatting for a while.



The next day, it was time for breakfast and morning showering. Breakfast was pancakes, eggs, orange juice, and water. Morning showering happened and Axl still felt weird about showering with a bunch of people he didn't know, but he knew he was going to be released in less than two hours.



After showering, he and Jonathan went back to the cell. Soon, it was 10 AM and Axl was released. Axl and Jonathan said their goodbyes and Axl got back his personal belongings. Axl left the jail cell, a free man. Axl went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite and Cake Cream were all happy to have Axl back and Axl was happy too.



They all chatted amicably and Axl fell asleep. Cake Cream chatted amicably for a while and then all fell asleep themselves.

The next day, they got up and ate and got ready for the day. It was soon time for Axl to get ready for his 24 hour jail sentence. Cake Cream and Axl put on motorcycle helmets and bulletproof vests and went to the Jail at 8 AM.



To Axl was strip searched, fingerprinted, and given a jail uniform . Axl had to remove his motorcycle helmet to get mugshot taken. His mugshot was taken. Axl's personal belongings were put in a locked locker until his jail sentence was over.



Cake Cream and Axl chatted. Billy and Axl kissed, while Andy, Mike, James, and Jimmy blushed knowingly. Soon it was 9:57 and Cake Cream and Axl said their goodbyes. Cake Cream left and Axl was led into a jail cell at exactly 10 AM.



Axl was glad that it was just a 24 hour jail sentence and tomorrow, he'd be back with Billy, James, Jimmy, Andy, and Mike. His cellmate, Jonathan told Axl he was a huge fan of Cake Cream and Guns N'Roses.



Axl smiled and he and Jonathan chatted amicably. Axl was glad he wasn't in the same cell as David Livingston, Billy's Prosecutor, because that would have been awkward. Axl reminisced about the good times he and Cake Cream had together, and smiled.



Axl then thought about the bad times too, such as Andy trying to commit Suicide and Andy being betrayed by Matt. Axl was glad that he was able to save Andy's life and got Andy away from Matt. Axl's mind wandered and he thought that Andy deserved a real Boyfriend, someone who was truly in love with Andy.



Jonathan asked Axl what he was thinking about. Axl impulsively said,"I'm thinking about how good popcorn is. "



Jonathan giggled and said he liked popcorn too. They chatted amicably about popcorn.



Jonathan asked what he was in for. Axl said,"For posing as Cake Cream's Lawyer." Axl asked Jonathan what he was in for. Jonathan responded," I'm in for smoking weed while driving." Axl and Jonathan chatted amicably for a little while longer. Axl took a nap.



When he woke up, it was time for lunch. Lunch was pizza, fries, soda and water. Lots of inmates told Axl that they were fans of Cake Cream and Guns N'Roses. Axl felt happy.



After lunch was over, Jonathan and Axl were allowed to go to the gym and they worked out. After working out, they were allowed to watch TV in the common room. As they watched TV, Axl reminisced how watching TV with Jonathan was like watching TV with Cake Cream.

They all chatted about Axl's 24 hour jail sentence. Axl mentioned it was went REALLY easy. They all smiled.

Billy said,"I'm glad jail was easy for you. I love you, Axl.

Axl said,"I'm glad it went well for me too. I love you, too Billy."

Billy and Axl made out, glad that they were Boyfriends.

Jimmy, Andy, James, and Mike blushed knowingly. Billy and Axl were really a good couple, they were one of the strongest Couples they had ever known.

James got a call from Melissa and she and he flirted happily.

Andy was a little envious of Billy and Axl's relationship. Axl and Billy making out made his stomach churn a little. He was in fact a little resentful of Axl and Billy's Relationship. Why couldn't he find a true love like Billy and Axl had? Matthew used him and completely broke Andy's heart. Andy REALLY loved Matthew and Matthew betrayed him.

Andy said,"I'm going to my room!" Mike had a feeling that he needed to go with Andy.

Mike said,"I'm going to your room with you!"

Andy allowed Mike to go to his room with him. Mike asked Andy,"Is there anything you want to talk about?

Andy opened up about being envious of Billy and Axl's Relationship. And still feeling bad about Matthew using him, betraying him, and breaking his heart.

Mike listened intently. Mike said,"Matthew was a jerk who didn't deserve you. You're better off without Matthew."

Andy said,"Thank you for the pep talk about Matthew.

Mike thanked him and he welcomed him.

Andy took a deep breath and said,"I have another confession to make, Mike."

Mike prompted Andy to tell him.

Andy said," I have a crush on Axl. I want Axl for myself. Please don't tell anyone else."

Mike said," I had a feeling that you had a crush on Axl when you were being clingy and obsessed with Axl. I won't tell anyone else." Andy thanked him and he welcomed him.

Andy shyly blushed. "I feel awful about trying to sell out Axl for $5,000. "

Mike said,"Yeah, you ****ed up royally when you tried to sell out Axl, but we all know you feel bad about it. Axl forgave you for that. We all forgave you for it." Andy smiled.

Mike said,"Wanna go have a boy's day out, just us too?" Andy smiled and said,"I would love that." Mike smiled back.

Mike and Andy told each other they wanted to spend the day out together, just them two.

Billy, James, Jimmy, and Axl all were like," That's fine."

Mike and Andy smiled, put on bulletproof vests and motorcycle helmets and went out.

They went to Starbucks and had cheese Danishes and Venti Iced Mochas. They ate and drank, just enjoying each other's company. Fans asked for Selfies and Autographs and they obliged. The Fans were happy and went back to their tables.

After Starbucks, they went to the movies and had a good time. After the movies, they went to the mall and had a good time.

After the mall, they went to Denny's and had a nice meal. They paid and left.

After Denny's, they went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite.

Mike and Andy were glad they had a nice boy's day out.

Billy, Axl, James, and Jimmy were all glad they were back. Axl and Billy made out more and Andy's resentment of their relationship grew. Mike's saw the torture in Andy's face. Mike's heart went out to him, knowing that Andy had a crush on Axl.

Mike said,"Uh, Billy and Axl?"

"Yeah?" Billy and Axl answered

"Maybe you guys should make out in your Bedroom, not out in the open in front of everybody."

Billy and Axl were both baffled and were both like,"We usually make out in the open in front of everybody. I don't get why you're suddenly saying this."

James and Jimmy were baffled too.

Mike said," Matthew used, betrayed, and broke Andy's heart. Andy took this REALLY hard as he REALLY loved Matthew. Maybe stop making out in front of him out of respect." Andy said ,"It makes me uncomfortable watching you two make out after what happened between Matthew and I. "

James and Jimmy said,"That does make sense."

Billy and Axl were like,"Okay, makes sense. We'll stop making out in the open."

Mike and Andy thanked Billy and Axl and were welcomed.

Andy felt better that he wouldn't have to see Billy and Axl making out. Billy and Axl went to their bedroom and made out more in private.

Andy thanked Mike for speaking up for him. Mike welcomed him. Jimmy and James raised eyebrows at this, but decided to keep mum.

Mike, James, Jimmy, and Andy watched TV. On TV, they were reairing the Cake Cream show where Andy was being clingy and obsessed with Axl.

Andy blushed. "Not one of my best moments."

James and Jimmy laughed, but Mike looked sympathetic at Andy.

Mike said,"Let's change the channel. Let's watch Family Matters.

James and Jimmy asked Mike why he looked sympathetic at Andy and didn't laugh.

Andy and Mike exchanged glances.

James and Jimmy noticed the exchanged glances between Andy and Mike."

Jimmy and James asked Andy and Mike,"What the hell is going on with you too?"

Mike and Andy were both like,"We're both going to the movies!"

James and Jimmy were like,"We're going to the movies with you!"

Mike and Andy both said,"We're both going to the Supermarket!"

James and Jimmy were like,"We're going to the Supermarket with you!"

Mike and Andy were both like,"We're both going to the beach!"

James and Jimmy were like,"We're going to the beach with you!"

Andy and Mike were both like,"We're going to Ross!"

James and Jimmy were both like,"We're going to Ross with you!"

Andy and Mike were both like,"Would you guys leave us alone! We just want to go out alone!"

James and Jimmy said,"We agreed to be more open with each other!"

Cake Cream and Axl all knew that once,"We agreed to be more open with each other was spoken, it was a prompt to open up and tell each other what they were hiding.

Andy said, "I don't know how to tell you guys Jimmy and James about what's going on."

Mike said,"You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to talk about it. It can remain our little secret."

Andy thanked Mike and he welcomed him. Mike smiled sympathetically at Andy.

James and Jimmy were even more baffled. There was definitely something up with Andy and Mike. What was it?

Andy said,"Let's just watch Family Matters like Mike suggested. James and Jimmy agreed to watch Family Matters.

Everybody watched Family Matters and it was an episode with Steve wanting Laura and Laura not wanting Steve back.

Andy blushed uncomfortably. Mike once again looked sympathetic to Andy.

James and Jimmy noticed Andy's uncomfortable blush. And Mike's sympathetic look to Andy.

Mike said,"You know what? Maybe watching this particular episode of Family Matters isn't such a hot idea. Let's watch Good Times instead.

Andy thanked Mike and he welcomed him.

Mike changed the channel to Good Times and it was the episode where The Evans threw Wanda a rent party to help her pay her rent for that month. A really feel good episode, filled with fun. James, Andy, Mike, And Jimmy really enjoyed the episode.

They watched more TV and chilled and then went to sleep.

The next day, Billy, Axl, Jimmy, and James got up. They ate pancakes and eggs and drank orange juice and water. They all chatted about Andy and Mike moving out together. They wanted to go visit them today.



Meanwhile, Andy and Mike got up and ate waffles and eggs. They drank apple juice and water. They chatted about Andy's crush on Axl.



Axl called Andy's phone and said that Billy, himself, James, and Jimmy wanted to come visit Andy and Mike. Andy said,"I don't think that's a good idea, Axl."



Axl said,"Why not? We all miss you guys and want to hang out with you guys in your new hotel."



Andy's heart twisted. He couldn't face Axl, knowing he wanted him.



Andy said,"Axl, please don't come to my and Mike's new hotel."



Axl was baffled on why Andy didn't want him at Mike and his new hotel."



Axl said,"Andy, we're Friends. Why don't you want me to come to you and Mike's new hotel?"



Andy said,"Bye, Axl," and promptly hung up the phone.



Axl called Mike's phone and asked him why Andy told him not to come visit Mike and Andy's new hotel."



Mike said," It's complicated."



Axl asked Mike, "Is Andy mad at me?"



Mike answered,"No, he's not mad at you, he feels guilty about trying to sell you out for $5,000."



Axl responded,"But, we got passed that and he's been fine with me until yesterday/today. What's going on?"



Mike took a deep breath and said," Andy just feels REALLY weird right now. Just give it a rest, Axl."



Axl and Mike awkwardly chatted for a while and then said their goodbyes and hung up the phone.



Mike looked at Andy and said, "I don't know where to go with your crush on Axl.



Andy blushed shyly. "I can't just outright tell him that I have a crush on him.



Mike nodded in confirmation.



Andy had an idea. Maybe he could buy a burner phone and tell Axl how he felt about him using a changed voice.



Andy said to Mike,"Maybe I should buy a burner phone and call Axl and tell him how I feel about him using a changed voice."



Mike said,"That's actually REALLY risky, but if you want to do it, go ahead. "



Andy smiled. Andy put on a bulletproof vest and a motorcycle helmet and went to a phone store. He bought the burner phone and went back to his and Mike's new hotel.



Andy called Axl from his burner phone and said in a changed voice when Axl answered,"Axl, I love you. I have a huge crush on you. I think you're cute, smart, funny, nice, sweet, caring, etc. I am jealous of Billy. I want you to be my Boyfriend."



James, Jimmy, and Billy had all fallen asleep.



Axl answered, "Andy, is this you? You sound like Andy trying to disguise your voice!"



Andy said," Alright, it's me, Andy, Andy said in his real voice.



Axl was shocked that Andy was in love with him.



"Andy, I'm flattered, but you know Billy and I are a Couple and besides, you tried to sell me out for $5,000.



Andy said,"I'm REALLY sorry about doing that."



Axl said,"We all know that.



Andy said,"Please don't tell Billy about my crush on you. Billy's my best friend and him knowing that I love you as more than just Friends will be VERY awkward for me and Billy's Friendship.



Axl said,"Don't worry. I won't tell Billy about you wanting to be my Boyfriend.



Andy smiled a sigh of relief and thanked Axl and Axl welcomed him.



Andy added,"Please don't tell Jimmy or James either."



Axl said,"I won't."



Andy thanked Axl and he welcomed him.



Axl asked,"Does Mike know about your crush on me?"



Andy told Axl to hold on while he muted the call and Axl said,responded," Okay," Andy muted the call and asked Mike if it was okay that he told Axl that Mike knew about Andy's crush on him, and Mike responded ,"It's okay." Andy smiled and Mike smiled back. Andy unmuted the call and told Axl," Yes, Mike knows about my crush on you."



Axl responded,"No wonder you and Mike are suddenly spending so much time alone together and even moved out together and moved into a new and separate hotel from me, Billy, James, and Mike."



Andy blushed and said,"That's right."



Axl said playfully,"Where do we go? Where do we go? Where do we go now?" Making Andy laugh.



Andy and Axl amicably chatted for a while and then said their goodbyes and hung up the phone.



In the Luxurious Penthouse Suite, Billy got up and said,"We should all go visit Andy and Mike today. James and Jimmy were still asleep.



Axl said with a look of panic in his face,"Uh, that's not a good idea."



Billy was baffled and asked Axl,"Why not? And we do you look so panicked?"



Axl responded,"Let's just say that Andy and Mike want to be alone right now."



Billy said," So, are Andy and Mike dating?"



Axl said,"It's complicated."



Billy asked,"Wanna tell me about it?"



Axl said,"No."



Billy said,"Maybe I should just go call Andy and Mike."



Axl panicked and said,"Calling Andy is not a good idea right now." Axl REALLY should have said,"Calling Andy and Mike is not a good idea right now."



Billy asked,"Why is calling Andy a bad idea right now?"



Axl said,"It just is. Andy is going through a personal drama right now."



Billy said,"I'm Andy's best friend. He should be able to tell me his personal drama. Billy added,"I'm calling Andy!"



Axl said,"Please don't call Andy!" But Billy called Andy anyways.



Andy ignored Billy's call and let it go to voicemail.



Billy said,"Andy, we're Best Friends. You can tell me whatever is going on with you. We agreed to be more open with each other. I'm worried about you. I love you like a Brother. Please call me back."



Andy's heart twisted when he heard Billy's voicemail. Billy was worried about him. But how could Andy tell Billy that he wanted Billy's Boyfriend? He told Mike his dilemma and Mike said,"Just call Billy and tell him you're fine, you just want to be alone with me."



Andy told Mike he would need Mike's advice. Mike smiled.



Andy called Billy and said,"Billy, I'm fine. I just want to be alone with Mike."



Billy said,"Why are you so interested in being alone with Mike all of a sudden? Are you and he dating? We'll accept if you and Mike are dating."



Andy said,"Mike and I are just Brothers, not dating."



Billy asked,"Then what is going on between you and Mike?"



Andy hung up the phone abruptly. Billy was alarmed and put on his bulletproof vest and motorcycle helmet and told Axl that he was going over to Mike and Andy's new hotel and getting to the bottom of this!" Axl immediately got panicked and said,"Please Billy, do NOT go over there today! Andy doesn't want to see me, you, James, or Jimmy now."



Billy said," I'm still going!" Axl tried to stop him but Billy made a beeline for Andy and Mike's new hotel. Axl followed closely behind.



Billy came to Andy and Mike's new hotel and knocked on the door and announced who he was.



Andy responded,"Go away Billy. I don't want to see you, James, Jimmy or Axl right now. "



Mike backed up Andy.



Axl came shortly and told Billy that he and Billy should just go home.



Billy asked Andy if he was alright."



Andy responded,"Yes, I'm alright. I just want to be alone with Mike."



Billy relented and said that he was glad that Andy was okay . He told Axl that maybe he and Axl should just go back home. Axl backed up Billy. Andy was grateful that Billy was relenting and Axl was backing up Billy. Mike mentioned that Axl and Billy were doing the right thing by leaving since Andy and he wanted to be alone. They said their goodbyes through the door and Axl and Billy left. Andy and Mike amicably chatted and chilled and fell asleep. Axl and Billy went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite and chilled and chatted and made out and fell asleep.

The next day, Axl, Billy, James, and Jimmy got up and ate Corn Pops cereal. They drank orange juice and water. They chatted for a while. Jimmy and James went back to sleep.



Meanwhile, Mike and Andy got up and ate bagels with cream cheese and lox. They drank lemonade and water.



On Social Media, Fans were clamoring for another Cake Cream Show for tomorrow. Mike and Andy panicked. They had forgotten that Cake Cream Fans would still want to see Cake Cream Shows.



Meanwhile, Axl panicked when he saw that Fans of Cake Cream wanted a Cake Cream Show for tomorrow. Billy asked him what was wrong with Fans wanting to see a Cake Cream Show for tomorrow.



Axl shook his head. He knew that he and Andy shouldn't be doing a Cake Cream Show for tomorrow, not with Andy having a crush on him. Out loud he said,"Maybe we shouldn't do a Cake Cream Show tomorrow.



Billy asked,"What the hell is going on Axl?"



Axl panicked and told Billy he was going to go to Older Axl's house in a few minutes.



Billy suspiciously pointed out that Older Axl was doing a Wild Guns Show.... In BRAZIL.



Axl said,"I'm going to Sam's house in a few minutes!"



Billy said,"Sam is part of Wild Guns!"



Axl said,"I REALLY don't want to do a Cake Cream Show tomorrow!"



Billy said,"Was that so hard to admit? You could have just said you don't want to do a Cake Cream Show tomorrow." Billy smiled and answered on Social Media that they didn't want to do a Cake Cream Show tomorrow."



The Fans were disappointed, but reluctantly understood.



Axl breathed a sigh of relief.



Meanwhile, Mike and Andy chatted about how bad of an idea doing a Cake Cream Show tomorrow really would be. They checked Social Media again and breathed sighs of relief that Bly basically prevented tomorrow's Cake Cream Show.



Mike and Andy chatted about possibly becoming a Duet, just Mike singing the songs and Andy playing Keyboard. Axl the secondary Singer of Cake Cream could become lead Singer of Cake Cream and Billy could play drums, James could play Lead Guitar, and Jimmy could play Rhythm/Bass Guitar.



Mike answered on Social Media that there would be a Cake Cream Show after all tomorrow. The Fans were delighted.



Axl immediately called Mike and said,"What ****, Mike? Why'd you tell the Fans there would be a Cake Cream Show tomorrow?"



Mike told Axl Andy and his plan.



Axl said,"You guys want to split up Cake Cream? Are you guys out of your ****ING minds? "



Mike said,"Let's face it, you and Andy shouldn't be around each other right now and Fans will still get to see Cake Cream perform, just in different capacities. "



Axl said,"Splitting up Cake Cream is a HUGE risk."



Mike said,"It's the right thing to do."



Axl said," But you know, I am sole owner of the Cake Cream name, rights, songs, copyright, royalties. If I say no, you and Andy do not get to become a Duet and are forced to only perform with Cake Cream in its usual capacity."



Mike said,"Please say yes. You and Andy shouldn't be around each other now. "



Axl said, "Meet me at my Lawyer's Firm in about two hours and we can make a new Contract that states that you and Andy are going to be a Duet."



Mike smiled and agreed. Axl and Mike chatted for a while and then said their goodbyes and hung up.



Jimmy and James got up and Axl told Billy, Jimmy, and James that he was going to his Lawyer's law firm. They immediately said they were going with him.



NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Axl screamed inhumanly.



Jimmy, James, and Billy pondered why he reacted in that beyond weird way.



Axl said,"I just want to go alone."



James, Jimmy, and Billy said,"We're still going with you "



Axl said,"Changed my mind. I'm going to go to Walmart and do some shopping."



James, Billy, and Jimmy said,"We're going to Walmart with you!"



Axl said,"Leave me alone, I clearly want to go out by myself!"



James, Jimmy, and Billy said,"We want to go with you!"



Axl said,"I'm going to go meet Mike at the Law Firm!"



James, Jimmy, and Billy wondered why Axl was going to go meet Mike at the Law Firm.



Axl made a lie on the top of his head and claimed that there was unfinished business from the Mike Smith Vs Rebecca Martin case and only Axl and Mike could be there alone in the Law Firm.



Jimmy said,"But you're no longer Mike's Lawyer, Axl. James and Billy backed up Jimmy.



Axl got tired of the third degree and said,"I'm out of here!" He put on his bulletproof vest and motorcycle helmet and went to the Law Firm.



Mike came about three minutes later. Mike and Axl chatted and spoke to Axl's Lawyer and Axl provided the Contract stating that he was sole owner of the Cake Cream name, rights, royalties, copyrights, and songs.



Axl's Lawyer said that although the Contract stated that Axl was sole owner of the Cake Cream name, rights, royalties, copyrights, and songs, he should REALLY get all six Members to agree in writing to split off Cake Cream into being Andy and Mike and Billy, himself, James, and Jimmy.



Axl and Mike chatted about getting all six Members of Cake Cream to sign that Contract. Axl, Mike, and Axl's Lawyer all chatted for a while and then Mike and Axl left Axl's Lawyer's Law Firm. They pondered about what to do..
