Creative Block Bootcamp Idea...

Hey everyone! I am an amateur artist and counsellor looking to create a service especially for artists. My idea is a bootcamp for artists who are struggling with creative block. It would consist of 3 sessions in one day, with creative assignments in between. Money would be returned if the creative block was not broken. I was wondering if you thought this was an interesting idea?
