That sounds badass.

I think I'm going to do QOTSA's Six Shooter.

Are we just all doing our own ****? Like a cover album but not a tribute album specific to one artist/album? I think the latter is cooler.

That song or the Clownin' one? Cause an anti-Eminem song would be way funnier than a faceless song that's ****ty even by ICP's standards.

I guess so. I thought the tribute was cooler, but no one could agree. I'm still down for the idea.

This thread's been active for just over 24 hours, we can take a little more time deciding.

I'm down, but it won't be the easiest to cover and the Zappa Family Trust is notoriously lawsuit-y about cover bands and songs. It does give us a lot of options and a way to piss off the man, which is good.

I've looked into copyright law about this a few years ago. If I remember correctly it says we can do covers of it all we want, but we can't make money off it. We have to have permission from the copyright holder to make money off it.

I wonder if that counts the name your price option on bandcamp, does that count as a donation?

I think that would be a grey area.
