I actually do feel bad for the juggaloes. They got labeled something that they're not because a group of people sitting in a room didn't want to understand whatever the hell they are. That crock of **** aside, that is some of the funniest **** I've ever heard to this day.

I mean, the FBI labeled a group of music fans as a gang. Meaning that people lost jobs, their children and have been locked up over supporting a group they like. They're doing the march and suing the FBI not just so juggalos don't get that kind of treatment but to make sure that no fan base gets that treatment.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Children went to jail for being juggalos?

EDIT: Oh, misread that. But people went to jail exclusively being juggalos?

Isn't it a jailable offense to be in a gang?

If they are on parole, yes. If you have a minor offense you get a much stricter punishment if you are labeled as a gang member. There are lots of ways for the system to **** you ever if you are considered a gang member.

No, I think that's considered an affront to freedom of assembly or something like that. Definitely not illegal in the US (although there are laws built around gang related activities).

It's not illegal but it's definitely not a good thing.

I suspect ICP are more concerned that some stores won't carry their albums since they're supposedly gang-affiliated or whatever.
