Default I cant decide on a topic

everytime i wrie a song, it takes hours to come up with a topic, so i wrote them all down in my notebook. i lost the notebook and i need to write a new song. Help plz!

write a song about going on music banter and starting a thread asking people what you should write about i'd listen to that song anyday

I usually go on forums like this one and read other peoples songs and eventually I will read a line that will make me want to write so thats the topic i go with... works for me may not for you

think of things that you would normally hear in a punk song. maybe if you hear something it might inspire you, just a thought

here's what cha do. find a topic and stick to it.
when you write it should be what you're feeling, cause if you feel it then others will feel it as well, that's not always true, but your skillz will let you know, if you're alone on what you right. 9 out of 10 you're never the only one feeling like that.

keep at it, i was like that 2
