So...
Hi! My name is Caleb and I like to write music. Occasionally I record myself singing what I've written and put the videos, however low quality they may be, on youtube. Here are some of my original songs! I hope you like them. Feelin' *Lyrics about struggling with something you know you shouldn't be doing but you continue to do it anyway because of the way it makes you feel* $$$ Games *Lyrics about co-workers and people in general trying to get ahead in life no matter who they have to step on in the process* Ooh, Aah, Ooh *Lyrics about a funny relationship and true love* Sally Sells *Lyrics about prostitution and/or selling your soul for material possessions* Is Your Refrigerator Running? *Lyrics about infidelity in a relationship with a surprise ending* Cold *Lyrics about feeling emotionally closed off from the rest of the world and completely alone* Easy On You *Lyrics about the frustration of constantly being treated like a child* You Know *Lyrics about a mysterious secret between tragic lovers* Flow *Lyrics about hypocrites who want glory and praise for everything they do* Worlds *Lyrics about secluding yourself from the rest of the world and creating an imaginary place without love or loss* Head Down *Lyrics about a relationship destined to end in disaster* You're Alive *Lyrics about finding your soulmate and not letting them go* Words Of What You Mean *Lyrics about gratitude for those who love you* Away *Lyrics about long distance relationships and the difficulty of maintaining them* Hold Me (Studio Recording) *Lyrics about lost love and longing for something more* |

I am still working my way through these, but you are amazing man. Your voice is incredible, piano playing wonderful, and songwriting very entertaining.
Mind me asking how long you have been singing and how long playing paino/composing songs?

I've been singing my entire life, actually. Singing is my true passion. It makes me happier than anything in the world. Singing in front of people has always been difficult though, because I'm my own worst critic. Playing piano? Aww heck. 5 years maybe? Gosh... I'm so terrible at it I don't even want to say! Haha I started writing music almost as soon as I learned what a chord on the piano was, so you could say about 5 years for composing as well. I'm so glad you enjoyed some of my songs! I'm actually working on some new ones at the moment but the sounds I'm hearing in my brain are heavier and more rock/metal influenced than I can create with my lousy keyboard. I just need a band. If I could find a band I believe we could do wonderful things. |

Do you have any tips for someone who wants to get better at singing? I really try to sing and do it quite often but I really hate my voice even when in tune, especially recorded.
Also keep the hair short brah, looks a lot better.
