My darkest, most ambitious, most complete and hopefully most enjoyable project yet, I Have Everything But What I Want. Combining electronica with darker, brooding ambient and jazz elements, emphasising piano and synth melodies, playing wildy with rhythm and time signatures, and overall creating what I think is the most emotive and experimental collection of pieces in my discography. If anyone would be willing to give a spin and get back to me with feedback I'd really appreciate it as always!
I think it's really cool! Ever thought of producing a hip hop album? I think it'd work really great with a more introspective rapper. Somebody who could break out of the verse hook verse hook box and do more to match your style rather than you matching with typical hip hop song structures.

That would be myself! All self-produced and self-created.

Really interesting idea, and yes I've always thought I could create an interesting project, I might venture out into some more strictly hip-hop stuff, though the beauty of rap is you can rap over anything. Cheers for listening, I'll give your track a spin and let you know what I think!

Edit: Wow it's hard. Is that you rapping? I guess this counts as horrorcore? Not a genre of rap I'm well versed but I found it really interesting, and I think the instrumental is great, really really cool and distinct, nice and industrial. I guess the lyrics are a little too extreme for me, I prefer something slightly more grounded; I can dig hardcore, but this might be a little far for my taste? Overall this is cool and I love the way the beat cuts in and out in that jarring manner.

Solid new album with my new group on the horizon, destined for September 30th release date.

Thanks for returning a listen! Yeah, that's me rapping. It is horrorcore. The beat was highly inspired by the production from Yeezus. Supposed to be a prelude to my project Tenebris. It does definitely explore the darker realm of things, to a real extreme. The whole point of the album is to make something that is horrorcore yet feels real at the same time, something that isn't corny and actually makes the listener feel uneasy. I wanted to make something that was actually scary. Not enough horrorcore artists that can rap, too many rely on goofy voices and cliche theatrics.

I was actually gonna mention Yeezus, definitely gave off that vibe! And I can what you're talking about lyrically too, though I haven't listened to enough of the genre to properly compare. Look forward to the project anyway!

Just had a bit of fun tonight experimenting with default fl studio instruments and patterns while trying to make them sound more realistic through volume experimentation, instrumental/post-rockish:

I'm really loving this so far as well. I have to go to somewhere in like 5 mins, but I'll throw up my thoughts when I get home.
