Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. All the ****ing time. Over and over and over again. For the love of God.

I think that the only other person who is as weirdly obsessed with my music as you is me.

Here's the thing I hate about Frownland. He has this weird persona that he wants to be different all the time and pretends that the music he makes is classified as "free jazz". So basically it's another term for "you can have no talent but be successful." Interesting dynamic to say the least. But hey, he continues to throw out albums combating Mondo Bungle, and y'know, sometimes in this mess of trash he has created, sometimes there are things that are somewhat listenable.

He told me he wanted me to listen to his new album, so here it is, Omnimusic by Sober Drunks. So, apparently because Frownland is so very edgy, he decided that instead of making the album a traditional track by track listening experience, he instead turned it into a solo 40 minute track that you basically have to listen to in one sitting otherwise you're ****ed. Very interesting choice of structure, and no, it doesn't really work in its favor. Yes, the whole album is one track titled Omnimusic. I don't get it. I don't get the joke that Frown is evidently trying to portray here. But again, we have to keep in mind that Frownland likes to keep this persona going as long as he can. He knows he's just screwing with all of us, but the effort he's putting into making this joke as evident as possible is truly astounding.

I'm about 5 minutes into the track right now and I'm not going to finish the rest of the track. I've heard enough. The entire intro of this track was so god awful that it actually made me not high anymore and I just smoked half a joint. That's how frustrating it was to listen to.

Frown, for the love of God, we get the joke. You can stop now.
This album is actually pretty structured and melodic beyond the first couple minutes tho. Actually one of my favorite things Frown and co have released.

Alright ATTENTION peeps of MB listen up! Got some legit news regarding my music. I'm in a band online formed out of the ashes of a /mu/ collective called D'Anjou Collective. We released a cool, albeit unfinished, dream pop album called Of Course I Still Love You in November last year. While we were working on a second album things kind of fell apart and we split up. Some of the most active members formed a new group called Susurrate and we've been working on our debut EP for the last month or so, it'll be called Snowstorm. The theme for the album is winter, so I've you're into cold intricate shoegaze stay tuned because we suspect it'll be done by this Friday. This will the first of four EP's coming out this year, the following EP's will tackle the moods of Spring, Summer, and Autumn respectively and will come out during those seasons. This is ****ing passion project that we've all really been putting our all into and I'd very much appreciate it if y'all listened and gave us feedback when it comes out so we an keep improving with each mini release. At the beginning of next year we'll be compiling all the tracks into a debut album/comp. Stay tuned and I'll make another post when it actually comes out, make sure if you have a rym account to give it some love OR hate when it comes out. Any form of care is appreciated. If you like it show it to your friends, co-workers, we're gonna do a LOT of shilling with this EP because it's the first project ay of us are proud enough to do so with.

Spoiler for inside is a big boi album cover...view at own risk:

I bet if you didn't listen to his music than you wouldn't have to hear it. Seems more reasonable than forcing yourself to listen to something you don't like for the sole purpose of making empty claims.

Oh look, indie twats who have just enough balls to realize they need some distortion not to sound like the lame indie twats they really are. **** your mother.
