New song of mine

I think it's about global warming, but that wasn't intentional... Anyway:

I hear a voice, my own
I see someplace, my home
But somewhere quite unknown to me

I ask my wings to carry me to distant lands
Clearly they dislike my plans
For my wings, my wings won't answer me

Constellations litter the ground
And all the oceans ride the wind
The days are dark, the skies aren't free
And nothing is as it should be
The only reason left on Earth
Is what will die with me

I see someplace, my home
But someplace quite unknown to me

I tell my eyes to find a place where I can rest
But they don't see my distress
For my eyes, my eyes, they lie to me

The mesas flood, the forests drown
And open wounds tear through the land
Threatened by some strange disease
And nothing is as it should be
The only reason left on Earth
Is what will ever lie with me

I actually like this song allot. Very well written (and not necessarily about global warming in my opinion). Would definately recommend writing some music to this.

Yeah this is a pretty cool song, I like the flow and the lyrics are good too.
