I saw something dark inside
when I looked into your eyes
That side of you is darker than dark..........
but all my senses are being rewired
you have set my soul on fire
can't believe I could feel much higher
than I do right now..

I want to spend the evening with you
all my time to be consumed
by the powers that be
Iv'e gotta squeeze your body.

You set the mood
the night is young
the lights are bright
It's already one.

when the darkness falls
and the light grows dim
what makes you live
what makes you sing
at the end of a working day
tired and battered, falling so shattered.

What is your fix
counting money or the building of bricks
gambling sex drugs Rock&Roll
the one love of your life. or is it them all

Our lives become so simple
so we complicate our lives
as no-one wants to be boring
so is it control or be controlled by your wives
sometimes it can be easier
just to give up
only to find when you get to a point
you will be to afraid to look up

When the darkness falls
and the light grows dim
when you look in the mirror
will you recognise him.
a scared old man
who has not lived at all
the wife wears the trousers
and you feel like a whore.

All bets are off
time to close the doors
the curtains are drawn
and you all will get yours.

Well it's my fault really i tend to fall for broken women because I feel i can fix them somehow. But instead I get broken. Every hole I fall into seems to get deeper as I get older. I must stop...............For one day I may not be able to crawl out of It.

a social distance society
feeling sad and lonely
far and wide misery.

I look down at my loaded gun next to my bed
i push the trigger and now i am dead
the coroner stamps my death as covid.

I see people jumping for joy
all in a queue to get the latest toys
around the corner and down the street
tired eyes and aching feet

I phone 111 i've got a sore bum
and my head feels knumb
they reply you must take a test, self isolate have a rest
and everyone you live with they are at risk
because you have the symptoms of covid.

This is true I am so afraid
the fear has got me everyday
i am slipping further away
from reality from February.

I see people walking up the lane
they do not return again
hanging from the trees, there lifeless bodies.

I hear stories from both sides
Is it genocide
are they killing the weak and the frail
cut the human race in half, we cannot fail

Soon we will be a cashless society
microchips in our hands and heads
this is the future buy and sell
embrace or starve your choice Heaven or Hell.

red white and blue
the flag flying over you
and i think to myself what a bloody wonderful world yes i think to myself
what bloody wonderful world.

I see confusion i see death
people crying taking there last breath
i see riots anarchy
i see people taking coke and speed

I see new laws and the old
waiting for them all to unfold
will they bring happiness
can they be so bold
while i am standing out in the cold

I see mass murder i see corruption and lies
I see the masses losing there homes what a surprise
I see racism and truth distorted
i see numbers but no faces
my mind is haunted.

I know not to trust
from past lies
being deceived by the one's in charge

My brothers I must say what's on my mind
I cannot keep it within at this time
so much is happening and i feel people must know
we are all in the end times and death will soon follow.
Oh not another conspiracy I for one do not believe
I have a mind of my own
I believe in my country on the whole
I bow down and swallow.

Everyone in power cannot be all lying
covid is real people are dying
wear your masks and keep your distance
anyone who does not do this
should not be in existence.

When my boss says jump, I ask how high
so what's the difference who's asking I am reaching for the sky
If people will not listen we will all surely die
So now you have it inbetween your eye's.

I am afraid of losing my home
I will not make it on my own
so I am listening and I am abiding by the law
I want to keep my roof floors and four walls.

It all sounds far fetched yes I agree
Maybe the world leaders are all Nazis
but as they say this is the new norm
bow your heads and be reborn.

Forget about your history and your nationality
they want to bring in a world wide country
so no more separation we will all be free
living together in complete harmony.

No kissing no hugs not unless we have written permission
this will be the law
all they want is complete submission
and I for one agree with it all.
