tone poetry - testing the waters (lyric, instrumental, myspace, songs)

I've noticed that this is a forum for poetry but I write instrumental music or with lyricists. I have been looking for a place on the web where experimental stuff is more appreciated.

I wrote the first song yesterday and I think it is a direction I want to continue down. The other songs are mostly there from when I was trying to get gigs as a composer so they are more mainstream.

Just trying to find some like minded people to chat and possibly collaborate.
