^The logic behind it is that tinted windows could potentially cause harm to the police, say, if they're in a carchase or whatever and the windows on the chased vehicle are tinted, the guy in the vehicle with the tinted windows could pull a gun without the police's knowledge. It's all bull**** anyhow, to just get pulled over for a tint too dark. Pull them over during the chase. Chhh.
