Everything
Everything
07/31/07 [-----Verse 1-----] Tell me why you would move on And leave me hangin' in the air Tell me why I can't let go And give me reasons why I care After all, the things you've done to me I still forgive and then forget And yet, you still lie through your teeth Just tell me why you can't repent [-----End Verse-----] [-----Chorus-----] Tell me - everything Tell me, everything Tell me - everything Everything [-----End Chorus-----] [-----Verse 2-----] I still can't believe you've done The only thing that can set me off And now my thoughts become a rift That even the longest time can't mend And since my mind is my only home I'll lock my door, and carry on Just tell me why you would regress And leave me hangin' like you did [-----End Verse-----] [-----Chorus-----] Tell me - everything Tell me, everything Tell me - everything (x2) Everything [-----End Chorus-----] [-----Verse 3-----] /slower Did I let you leave without - a simple test of your integrity? I'd never let you leave without - a way to pay you back for your deceit /pace faster, yet similar to chorus I know you couldn't say Everything you had in mind Just tell me all your thoughts And everything will come to light [-----End Verse 3-----] [-----Chorus-----] Tell me - everything Tell me, everything Tell me - everything (x2) Everything [-----End Chorus-----] |

Seems like you say the same thing a lot in the verses. Nice poetry though.

Song lyrics are a form of poetry. I'm telling to differentiate between the verses a little more.
