She's called the Lord of Betrayal because she knows betrayal. Just like Darth Sion is called the Lord of Pain because he knows pain, and Darth Nihilus is the Lord of Hunger because he knows hunger.

I'm not too far in, im 75% dark side and being attacked by the sith lords female assassin on the ebon hawk and i totally dont even have a lightsaber yet i hate that it in the first KOTOR they gave you one pretty quickly man whats the deal with that ****. yeah but its the sickest game except im playing it on an xbox360 not original so it slows down and i know in america it wouldnt because american xboxes have proper backwards compatibility software in them but in australian they didnt put proper ones in ours cus they **** on aussie gamers like totally like how the ps3 costs 1000 dollars over here!!!!!!!!!!!!
