Save The Badgers
This song is inspired by Bovine Tuberculosis and the badgers which might be sacrificed to the God of disorganised farmers.
Save the Badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers They may be ferocious killing machines Who spread the consumption And go on rampages through villages when injured But everybody knows that badgers are cool And if you want to kill them You must be uncool Ergo You are a twat Save the badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers They're kind of like skunks on steroids If the steroids have made the stench glands collapse So not that much like skunks Or maybe a bit like racoons except racoons have opposable thumbs Which allows them to open closed containers such a rubbish bins and doors And to play computer games So not that much like racoons They're just badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers Yes I know you want to cull them to stop the spread of tuberculosis But in Ireland they did a cull and the TB level is still so high and other studies have shown that culling can lead to increased TB prevelance in the surrounding area, so the cull is kind of hopeless Save the badgers Save the badgers Save the badgers |
