Default Satan's Tea

There's something - thats lovely
In Satan's - cup of tea
It makes me - feel funny
Old satan - holding me

I may seem - out of reach
As I dance - with the sea
But baby - dont worry
The devil - set me free

My new life - is outside
I'll never - have to lie
About my - fear inside
That bedroom - where I'd hide

So come on - lets go on
the night has - just begun
And we'll run - just for fun
Oh satan - you have won

Sir, I do believe you were under the influence of LSD when you wrote this crapola. Delete it, and if there happens to be a paper copy....burn it.

I personally like it. It's one of these songs you can interpret in more than one way. For example, you used Satan as a metaphor for not conforming to the moral norm of society. I saw it as temptation. And I thought of your references to drugs as a reference to anything we are tempted to give in to and embrace; drugs, sex, all the bad stuff in the bible; all the stuff that we allow ourselves to give in to and weaken us, and we soon become weak-willed servants of temptation.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not some bible hugging fruit or nothing. all the porn on my computer would prove that. HAHA. I'm just pointing out how I read it.

And as I said, I like it. Could make a good slow tempo funk-sounding rock song. Lots of wah-wah in the guitar solo, heavy bass, and eerie sounding keyboard work.
