No. Post stuff whenever you feel moved to do so. It just seemed like you were coming up with a lot of stuff all of the sudden. Did you write much before that "interesting time", and may I ask what was going on during that time (if it's not too personal). I'm very interested in what inspires people toward creative work.

Manic Depression is what was going on. I don't write when I am not in a cycle of it. I was in a cycle 4 weeks ago. And I was in a cycle from Late October to early January. What you feel in a cycle is unlike other experience I have ever felt. Plus my mind is racing, full of pithy phrases.

Tragedy inspires. Bliss inspires. Weirdness inspires. Music inspires. Than again, that's just me.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. As bad as it must be, it seems to have at least one positive side. If only you could figure out a way to channel that creative energy when not in a cycle.

Movies and Traveling are what seem to do it most for me. Oh yeah, and learning about the lives of great artists. I don't share my stuff around here though. Because its short stories, so there's really no place for it.

I tried, it never works well, sadly. I've been to a fair amount of writing workshops, and if i'm not crazy all my stuff is ****. Luckily I have a huge storage of stuff I have written when I was cycling. Short stories, poems, pictures...the works. I don't post most of it because this is not the right community for that, a lot of it is extremely violent and dark, and I don't like people to think of me as violent and dark.

Sometimes, when I let people read my stuff, they end up thinking I'm gay.

Yeah. I have one story where people kind of do a double take and then want to ask if it's based on reality. But feel too uncomfortable to do so. Sometimes I let 'em wonder.
