Stay In

This pretty much summed up my reasons for not going out last night and watching 'The Office' on DVD, then Jonathan Ross and then Russell Brand. Well, that and my invite for going out being with a group of hot chinese girls... the sexual frustration of which probably would have scarred me for life.

Leant against a wall
I contemplate
This night out
This mistake
A drinking culture
Is a slow death
When your head hurts
And you’ve no money left

Expensive pints
That make you ill
Next weekend
I think I will

Stay in
Stay in
Now its raining hard and five degrees below
Stay in
Stay in
Who needs a club when you can party at home?

Next Friday night
Come round to mine
Cranberry juice
Instead of wine
A sofa and
A cup of tea
A beanbag and
A DVD

No taxi fare
No dress code
No toilets where
You’re scared to go

Stay in
Stay in
Now its raining hard and five degrees below
Stay in
Stay in
Who needs a club when you can party at home?

I like that part best, I don't have much to add right now, I probaly will later. Its good.

I like it...though more verses wouldn't do it any harm.

Extra verse ideas;

Not having to visit the hospital at daft a.m in the morning.
Not waking up in someone else's front garden.
Not having to suffer the self inflicted humiliation of whatever it was you did to embarrass yourself the night before.
Not waking up to find yourself in bed, lying next to what looks like an extra from The Lord Of The Rings. :yikes:

Wow, this is ... sad. I'd prefer to hear more specific details and conclusions. Like talk about the girls and how you felt, just don't be obvious about it.

(The British Office was great but really strange to western culture. Maybe that's why we adapted our own version.)
