Who said anything about dogging...
This is a lyric that I posted up a few months ago (the link's gone now to the old one). This time I've got access to the music, at
www.myspace.com/jodileeparker The lyrics are very slightly different and the tune is very slightly different to what I now sing (the melody went a bit higher in the recording, but its just too much for me to reach!) - generally its the same though. If you have any criticisms or suggestions then please unleash them. --- Backseat Retribution - lyrics Bring her now, to edify me Bring her now, to edify me Bring her now, to edify me Bring her now, to edify me These four walls Are useless to me now Without her breath upon the window Her sweat across my brow She is my motivation through the dreary ebb of life I fall to the wayside, she pulls me back each night With convolutions of these human desires We find our retribution in the back seat of my car As daylight fades my senses pine I need to feel, her skin on mine I need her now, to edify me I need her now, to edify me This society's too abstract For me to understand I demand an education Through the light touch of your hand You are my motivation through the dreary ebb of life I fall to the wayside, you pull me back each night With convolutions of these human desires We find our retribution in the back seat of my car So pull the handbrake and lock the doors I need to feel my skin on yours I need you now, to edify me I need you now, to edify me I need you now, to edify me To edify me |
