you're not vulnerable, You're just not an adult yet. there's nothing wrong with that. for god's sake just enjoy being a kid while you still can. It's awesome that you like writing songs. keep up with it because it's obviously a great outlet for you. You just asked us to give our honest opinion, and we did. There's a reason that artists who start out when they're really young only have audiences of young kids. It's because their songs and lyrics dont appeal to adult crowds who want something more out of the lyrics.

Thats the thing...I don't like being a kid. Kids get looked down on and thought of of less knowledgeable and idiotic. Thats not me...or maybe it is and I'm in denial.....

you are less knowledgeable. deal with it and for god's sake enjoy being ABLE to be less knowledgeable. Right now, even though i'm sure you have tough things to deal with, you don't have a whole lot of responsibilities. Your parents are responsible for supporting you, you have your family and friends to get you through hard times. Don't try and grow up too fast, enjoy the fact that you have the choice to be completely carefree with your life, enjoy not having demands placed on you, and enjoy the fact that you CAN be naiive and innocent and not worry about money, time, your future, all the things that you're gonna be spending way too much time worrying about when you grow up. I realize i'm repeating myself to death here, so yeah, i'll leave it at that.

Kids get looked down upon because adults are older, and they have lived through more than kids. I loved being 7, it was great, I knew nothing so I wasn't afraid of all the bad stuff going on. When you get older you see more, you grow to understand that life isn't about Pokemon and Captain Planet. And children are looked down upon for being "less knowledgeable" (which is a nice way to say stupid) because they don't know anything. Unless you can prove yourself to older others then you will be looked down upon. You have not proven yourself you have dug a hole and started to let the dirt pour in around you. If you like your hole then please by all means stay in it and keep with the belief that you like girls. You are 12, 12 you aren't even old enough to have a part-time job. Quit trying to act big and enjoy being 12, because then you turn 13 and then 14 and then 15 and then before you know it you are 25 and you wasted all those years, from 12 to 24 trying to act grown up. Embrace your childhood, you will be grateful for the memories.

Like Crowe said, not always true. There are some kids who go through a **** of a lot more than people in their 20's or 30's, etc... Some people have such an easy ride, while others have it rough through and through. That's not arguable.

Sure there are. There are kids who have seen their parents go to jail, and visted them. There are kids who's dads made meth, or other drugs. There are kids who were molested by their parents. (none of that has happened to me to your knowledge) But it is doubtable that you have seen or had that happen to you, for christ's sake you are 12 drop the attention seeking desires and act like a 12 year old!
