It's okay. Listen to creative sounding music or read some good poetry. That might help and songs can be about nothing at all...or just be a rant...listen to Destroy the USA by The Briefs and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Thank god you said that, people think poetry is boring and stuffy. Maybe if they read some once and awhile they'd know it doesn't have to rhyme. Poetics is not rhyming damn it.

Look I know you kids and your sex-addled dreams today can't do anything academic, but theres a Brittish poem from the 1800's called "Goblim Market" by Christina Rossetti. It's famously popular but its what I wrote my capstone critical analysis on for college. Its got sex, rape, death and salvation in it, check it out. (prewarning: its long)
