Love this guy. Great voice! But sometimes I feel his songs are a little bit generic..
Unaware though blowes me away every single time.

I think it's kind of "Acid jazz". Mixing dance/synth/house sounds with organic groove jazz instruments (Funk and soul). Might be what you are looking for.
