On their second album they're a pop-rock band, straight up. Thier first album is a bit "darker" but it's still basically pretty catchy, structured stuff, I'd think I class it as just rock though...

I have no idea, in other fourms I go to they put stuff like this in Pop-Punk but since that doesn't exist here I'm not really sure. They definitely shouldn't be in Hardcore or Emo though.
