I think its basically when they change their whole image/style just to sell records. I can understand trying something new...as long as you somewhat keep your roots, but some just completely change...

I don't know why Garth would even be mentioned for this...he has single handedly done more for country music than anyone else. For being a "one hit wonder" he sure has a lot of awards/records to say...
