Please help to find a song by sample
Hello everyone!
Please help me identify the song by a small sample. Since I recently signed up, I cannot insert links.. Add this after Vocaroo adress: 16P0B1KwiTcP to listen. The song is taken from a Russian film of the 90s. The sound is not very good as the film was originally on cassette and then digitized to disk. And there are extraneous sounds in the recording. Shazam and other services doesn't find it. And i'm looking for it for a long time. I tried to find a song by the text, but performer sings too fast for me. English is not my native language. |
The first few lines seem to go something like this:
Quote:
A quick google search didn't do much for me, but perhaps it's something for someone else to go on. |

I was able to hear this phrase and found many covers of the song, but the lyrics are completely different. Like: Come on over baby Whole lot of shakin' goin' on Yes, I said come on over baby Baby you can't go wrong We ain't fakin' Whole lot of shakin' goin' on According to the text that you could hear, i can't find any song. Most likely, it is quite rare. Maybe someone has information about the recording, the artist? |
The unmistakable voice of Billy Swan:
best known for this song: {also, the "Sun" refers to Sun Records} |
Good work, rostasi!
Bet you're happy you dropped by, piroqio :) |

To be a bit more specific: "Black Tie" refers to the band which was a
supergroup made up of Swan, with one guy from the band Bread and another from The Eagles. They pretty much only did one full album in the mid-80s and then splintered afterwards. Not popular, but not all that rare either. ...and thanks for thanks. You wouldn't believe how many people post "lost" songs on here and then I send them the answers by PM and I never hear from them again, so, "thanks!" |

In your message i felt that you are offended. I understand you. But think about russian people, like me, who doesnt know nothing about american music of 50-60-s And its very complicated to find every soundtrack in russian internet. And for us its a great joy to join in good american musicians. I am very grateful that it was you who responded to the request. You are a great expert in american music. I think that from time to time I will go in and ask, because I am constantly looking for music that I have accidentally heard somewhere: on the street, in a cafe, in a store, in advertising, in a movie...And most often these are American retro hits. Alternatively, if you are interested in Russian rock, then you can contact. I am always happy to help and there is no need to try to unravel the Russian lyrics. |
Нет, к сожалению, вы совершенно не поняли меня.
Я благодарю вас за благодарила меня. No, sorry, you've completely misunderstood me. I'm thanking you for thanking me. (Я тебя благодарю!) Also, I am not a great expert in American music. I just enjoy music. |
