Well, I started to learn 4 years ago, tryin' to sing songs by ABBA. But I've been at home since March because of COVID-19, alone most of the time, cause my parents had to work, so that was when I really started listening to whole albums the whole day, and my English got a lot better than before.

I've got a question. There're 2 old famous bands, from which I've only heard 1 song and I'd like to know what do you think about them. I'm talking about Badfinger and ELO (Electric Light Orchestra).

No matter what anyone else says here (and I know what they'll all say) as you're a fan of Genesis I'm gonna rec my second-favourite band. The rest of you can all suck my d - er thumb. (Cr - ah, crumbs, it's annoying that we have to watch what we say now that there's a kid in the room...)

or for more modern Marillion


I can steer you towards good prog bands if you're interested.
Oh and if you like Marillion try Fish's solo work too.
