Of course you like The Sonics. You have TWO ears.

I know you mentioned rock, but I don't think I've seen anyone mention Nick Drake. His voice is a lot more feathery (and a way better guitar player) than someone like Bob Dylan. Good for studying.

I second Nick Drake. All three of his albums are absolutely excellent.

Yeah, it was very nice to listen to, thanks.

I haven't looked through this entire thread, but from what I've seen, there's a distinct lack of '80s music. You've probably heard most of these - but just in case you haven't, don't sleep.

Here's a few of my favorites:

Oh, and I'd be remiss if I didn't recommend something from my favorite album, so here ya go.

This thread is child abuse. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Care to name names? Or are you just going to group all of us well-meaning people into one ambiguous collective to take an imaginary moral high ground?

Hi, I've listened to all things you posted.
Where Did Our Love Go is a song I knew very well but I didn't know the title.
And Heart Of Glass, I knew it, too, it's super-famous and cool.
Total Eclipse Of The Heart is one of my favourite songs, and Bonnie Tyler one of my favourite female voices of popular music.
I didn't know the rest of the songs. They were OK, and interesting to listen to (because I don't listen to a lot of stuff from the eighties apart from Sting, Phil Collins and a few more pop-rock artists). I guess my favourite one was Just Like Heaven by The Cure.
Thank you and cheers!

Love - Forever Changes (1967)
Can't believe I forgot to talk about this one before:
This album is super amazing. Perhaps it's because I don't have much musical knowledge yet and I think every album that I like is a masterpiece, but the important thing is that I enjoyed listening to it a lot.
Favourite tracks: Ehhhh I don't really know tbh, but probably Alone Again Or, followed by Admoreagain and The Red Telephone.
I've listened to more suggested things but I just don't have enough time to write long reviews about them.
Still I think my favourite one from all the suggestions all of you've made is Odessey And Oracle (I try to listen to it every day lol) closely followed by Are You Experienced.
