In 1969, Walo Carillo, the drummer for Los Holy's, left the group and helped to create another Peruvian rock group "Telegraph Avenue"...



Telegraph Avenue - Rocking' Rock (The Girls from Oklahoma)



And after leaving Telegraph Avenue, in the early 1970's, he went on to help create yet another Peruvian rock group "Tarkus"...

Here's another one of my favorite bands. This song is from a Chilean group known for their heavy psych-rock sound, with Carlos Corales on guitar and his wife Denise on vocals...



Aguaturbia - E.V.O.L. (1970)
