Coda wasn't really an album like we think of the rest of their stuff. It was that last, throw yer crap out and sell it off stuff like Floyd's Final Cut. so in many respects "Presence" is their last "album"

Yes Immigrant is one of their best songs just they way "Valhalla I am coming" is in there should garner it immence popularity.

Last Stand is probably their most beautifully written song.

I also appreicate:
Bron-Y-Aur Stomp
Since I've been loving you
Dancing days
Dazed and Confused
When the Levee Breaks

Im not so huge into Zeppelin, I like em, but I only own the live set and the best of 1st disc, so forgive my mighty lack of originality.

ok, if you want to say an album which was made after the banf broke up which consists solely of left over material and two songs re-done. presence was the last album they recorded as a band in a studio. make of it what you will.

paridisetripp69 03-12-2005 09:30 PM

hey in my opinion the best of zepplin is whole lotta love dazed and confused been a long time since rock and roll

Urban Hat€monger ? 03-12-2005 09:59 PM

Ok yeah Coda was a leftovers album , but then so was Physical Graffiti.

And Presence was NOT their last album , In Through The Out Door was

If you don`t beleive me Presence was released on March 31st 1976
In Through The Out Door came out on August 15th 1979

dog 03-15-2005 04:02 AM

My favorite Led Zeppelin songs would have to be Battle of Evermore, Kashmir, Stairway to Heaven, D'Yer Mak'er, and The Song Remains the Same

Led Zeppelin

Hi to all, newbie to the site and I'm curious. I have seen a few of you with references to Led Zep in your names. I'm a ZepBoy also. How many Zep followers do we have in here??
cheers

dog 04-20-2005 07:20 AM

pretty obvious im a fan, got all their albums, theyre a really great band. no crap songs.
bonham, jones, plant, and page are all amazing musicians.

Anarchy doll 04-20-2005 07:39 PM

well, I love Zep as well, but they are not my fave....
don't get me wrong, not a single song of theirs is bad......hey, Plant is coming to play near me, and if I had a credit card I would be able to go.....
Damed! What ever happened to scoring a ticket by visiting the box office huh?

Soundgardener 04-20-2005 08:17 PM

I occasionally like to worship their music. I've learn a lot from Bonham...

Sneer 04-21-2005 11:04 AM

Anarchy doll 04-21-2005 07:15 PM
