You're a true f*cking idiot, Sgt Peppers was inspired by Pet Sounds, which in turn was influenced by Rubber Soul, I guess it's ok to borrow from The Beatles, just not the holy f*cking almighty Beach Boys.

No they didn't, don't just make sh*t up and expect people to believe it... Being inspired by something and ripping something off is far from the same thing, if it was, then The Beach Boys ripped off Buddy Holly so it dosen't really matter, aside from that there's also the fact that the two albums sound virtually nothing alike... Sgt Peppers was more influenced by Freak Out! anyway.

But it was heavly influenced by Rubber Soul, which was influenced by Highway 61 Revisited, which was influenced by Robert Johnson, who was influenced by Satan, every musician is just ripping off Satan, that's a fact.

The Beatles hands down. I hate it when people say all the Beatles' songs sound the same. Listen to any of their albums starting with "Help!" all the way to the end. You'll be hard pressed to find two songs on the same album that sound the same. If you look at "Abbey Road", "I Want You" follows "Octopus' Garden". Those two songs could not sound any different.
As for the Stones, eh. I like them and all, I respect them as a band and love some of their songs, but they are dragging it out way too long. The Stones should have stopped touring a long time ago. There's no mystique surrounding the Stones like there is with the Beatles.
And I also believe that, while the Beatles relied mainly on talent, the Stones relied mostly on image. It's no contest as far as I'm concerned.
