So please dont resort to talking rubbish. As for Nirvana I like two tracks 'About A Girl' & 'Something In The Way' but they are no where near(IMO) the best grunge band, they were simply the most commercially successful/most popular/most hyped/most talked about. Doesnt necessarily make them the best by any means. People seem to live their lives by the media and album sales instead of forming their own opinions on what they like and making their own minds up. For instance I had never heard of The Beatles/didnt know of their legacy at around age 12 or 13 or so and my uncle gave me a tape (think it was Sgt Pepper) and I listened to it and thought it was dreadful and still do. |

The reason i posted that list of artists off the top of my head that I am into was in response to 'you havent heard much music then have you?' So the point of your post is totally unsourced. Are you now going to tell me that just because I have broken the Code of Listening and do not like i repeat DO NOT LIKE the two supposedly 'greatest' bands of all time then I consequently do not have good taste in music. I dont say I have good taste but what I do have is a wide taste in music. Obviously if your musical interests do not extend beyond the worship of The Beatles & The Rolling Stones then its clearly evident who is talking rubbish. |

Also further this is a false claim, I did not state anywhere that having an amount of albums made me have a good taste. I am happy with the music I listen to thats all that matters for me. So next time try to think before you type.
