To an Interested Rock and Roll Enthusiast
Hello to all,
I am an engineering student at the University of Minnesota. To fill one of my liberal education electives I have taken a course in rock and roll history. For one of our assignments I am required to interview someone not from my generation about their thoughts on rock and roll especially as it relates to their personal experiences in the culture and place that they grew up in. Being that I grew up in the 90's I am considered part of the "younger generation" and am in need of an interviewee. I came here because this seems to be a place were people would be interested in discussing there experiences, and immediate family members of the "older" generation around me are not really that interested in rock and roll or getting interviewed. If one of you is interested in participating in an interview I will be offering a ten dollar i tunes gift card as a token of my appreciation upon completion of a successful interview. To qualify you must consider yourself to be from a "rock generation". (Preferably in high school in the 70's or before) Also link me to some of your forum posts so that I can see that you are capable of conveying ideas clearly in text. The interview probably be in a I-type-question, you-type-answer format and I expect it will take around 30 minutes assuming quick responses. (That's 20 bucks an hour!) If interested reply here or in pm with qualifications. Thanks for reading. |
