Aerosmith
I can`t beleive this once great band have not had a thread about them yet.
I`m currently listening to their Draw The Line album for the first time in years & it`s an absolutly stonking album. Raw production full of drug addled funk with Tyler on top form screeching out the lyrics. In fact i`d go as far as saying that anyone who calls themselves a fan of rock music that the mid 70s Aerosmith trilogy of Toys In The Attic/Rocks/Draw The Line should be mandatory listening. Listening to those albums just make me so sad that today we have that sad parody of a band going around singing syrupy Diane Warren ballads. UGH

I don't much care for them. I think they have been around too long. Sometimes, things should just die...

^ Well, thats mainly what I mean. But just the fact that they have been around so long (and so much), is kinda a turn off for me. Your right though, older stuff shouldnt be dismissed.

They`re the only band that I can think of who`s decline in quality over the past 20 years matches Stevie Wonderesque proportions

i was thinking of making this thread....i think this is a heavy example of blues with rock music. Great band (in my opinion) young lust just makes me wanna drum my heart out. Urban (and others) what would you say is your fave song of theirs?

There`s this little known track off the Draw The Line album called 'The Hand That Feeds'
I swear the bassline on that song is better than an orgasm
